This piece was created between August and October of 2024. I found myself stuck licking some self-inflicted wounds and needing to confront some unhealthy patterns of recent years. I meditated on these unhealthy ideations and sat with the nature of these cycles: As one seems to die down, another makes itself unavoidably present.
